7-Day Return Policy

At shop.buynbill.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They should also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at ecommerce@buynbill.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation to return your order.
  3. Shipping: Our delivery partner will contact you and pickup the return order from your location.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Exceptions:

  • If the product was delivered to you damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
